Salary: £20-25k DOE + commission + profit share

We are looking for a Cyber Recruitment Consultant to join an exciting new Cyber Recruitment Practice based in central Manchester, which is part of the well-established group specialising in delivery to the public sector and policing for the last seven years.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to kick off a career in recruitment and give back something to the country. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process from the first contact to completion.
Criteria:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to manage own workload.
· Exceptional work ethic and self-motivated nature.
· One year of customer service, recruitment, or sales experience.
· Technical degree (desired but optional) or must be tech-savvy.
· A strong interest in the cyber and technical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sourcing candidates – building strong relationships and identifying their career goals.
· Booking interviews.
· Negotiating offers and closing deals.
· Ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly with candidates placed successfully.
· Building rapport with clients – finding their candidate needs and job details.
· Staying up to date with industry news.
· Building your brand.
· Identify, follow up and secure new business opportunities.
Recruitment experience is optional, just a can-do attitude and the want to succeed.
