Job title: Programme Manager – Counter Terrorism

Salary: up to £795/day inside IR35 – 12-month contract

Location: London

Start: ASAP

*active SC clearance required.

We are looking for a Programme Manager based in London to be responsible for successfully delivering high-complexity programmes within the national and Counter Terrorism portfolio.

Criteria:

• Programme and Project management certification – MSP Advanced Practitioner or Practitioner
• Complex projects and programme experience.
• Previous experience working in government organisations, security agencies or policing
• Senior experience in programme management.
• Highly skilled in a complex Stakeholder Management
• Highly skilled in IT & Business Change & Business Transformation
• Experience in managing an organisational change
• Experienced in delivering against a defined plan, including tranche, release and phase management.
• Experience in establishing an effective governance model.
• Experience in supplier and contract management in a change programme context

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the delivery of complex multi-agency programmes runs smoothly.
• Ensure the implementation of the programme and project management standards, processes and product sets.
• Construct, manage and own programme plans.
• Leading the stakeholder engagement and management
• Identify any dependencies and work with other national Programme Managers.
• Responsible for the successful transition of deliverables into BAU
• Identify and overcome constraints within the change programmes.
• Providing leadership, advice management and support
