Director
Dylan Cooper is one of the founders of Peel Digital Consultancy & Talent, a specialist consultancy and recruitment partner helping organisations deliver successful digital transformation through the right technology, expertise, and people.
With over 25 years’ experience in the professional services sector, Dylan has built and scaled high-performing businesses that combine consultancy capability with specialist talent delivery. In 2003, he became a director of an independent recruitment agency, helping grow the business from a single-sector operation into a multi-sector, regional firm reaching £16 million turnover before its successful sale in 2016.

Andy Smith
Director
Andy Smith is a former Detective Superintendent with Cheshire Police, bringing over 25 years of frontline and senior investigative leadership experience. He has led complex investigations, managed specialist teams, and operated at senior command level, giving him a deep understanding of the operational, strategic, and governance challenges facing modern law enforcement.
Andy now works closely with police forces, government bodies, and investigative teams to support specialist programmes and operational capability, helping identify the right expertise and professionals to deliver complex projects.

Jared Martin is Director of Peel Digital Consultancy & Talent, bringing over a decade of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise business solutions for organisations undergoing digital transformation.
Jared has worked across the full lifecycle of digital programmes, from discovery and architecture through to system integration, custom development, and operational optimisation. His expertise spans the delivery of scalable solutions that help organisations modernise systems, streamline processes, and unlock greater value from their technology investments.

Specialising in ERP modernisation, programme governance, and operational transformation, with deep expertise in delivering large-scale technology initiatives that align digital investment with measurable business outcomes.
His Career experience spans senior delivery roles across global technology consultancies, Microsoft implementation partners, and client-side enterprise organisations.

Rachael Keoghan is in charge of candidate care and compliance. She set the bar high for herself with her 100% external audit achievements. The records show that Rachael is aware of the documents and processes needed to make candidates fully compliant.

Emma Conneely
Head of Payroll and Accounts
Emma Conneely has worked in accounting for her whole working life. Starting off in admin she has worked her way up through the ranks to Head of payroll and Accounts. With 11 years experience in the field, Emma is well aware of the problems that could arise in recruitment payroll and she tackles these head first before it can happen.
