Dylan Cooper is one of the founders of Peel Digital Consultancy & Talent, a specialist consultancy and recruitment partner helping organisations deliver successful digital transformation through the right technology, expertise, and people.

With over 25 years’ experience in the professional services sector, Dylan has built and scaled high-performing businesses that combine consultancy capability with specialist talent delivery. In 2003, he became a director of an independent recruitment agency, helping grow the business from a single-sector operation into a multi-sector, regional firm reaching £16 million turnover before its successful sale in 2016.

Andy Smith is a former Detective Superintendent with Cheshire Police, bringing over 25 years of frontline and senior investigative leadership experience. He has led complex investigations, managed specialist teams, and operated at senior command level, giving him a deep understanding of the operational, strategic, and governance challenges facing modern law enforcement.

Andy now works closely with police forces, government bodies, and investigative teams to support specialist programmes and operational capability, helping identify the right expertise and professionals to deliver complex projects. 

James Jeram is a Director at Peel Digital Consultancy & Talent, bringing over ten years’ experience supporting organisations across the private sector, central government, and the wider public sector.

James works closely with clients to support operational improvement, digital transformation, and specialist programme delivery, helping organisations access the expertise and capability required to deliver complex initiatives. His experience across the private, public and government environments provides a strong understanding of the operational challenges, governance requirements, and procurement frameworks that shape organisational transformation.

Arron McDonald is a Consultancy & Talent Consultant at Peel Digital Consultancy & Talent, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise technology programmes.

Arron works closely with organisations undergoing digital transformation, helping them access the specialist expertise required to design, implement, and optimise Dynamics 365 solutions. 

Rachael Keoghan is in charge of candidate care and compliance. She set the bar high for herself with her 100% external audit achievements. The records show that Rachael is aware of the documents and processes needed to make candidates fully compliant.

Emma Conneely has worked in accounting for her whole working life. Starting off in admin she has worked her way up through the ranks to Head of payroll and Accounts. With 11 years experience in the field, Emma is well aware of the problems that could arise in recruitment payroll and she tackles these head first before it can happen.
